After more than two decades of experience in commercial lending and finance, I launched Moton Capital Markets to bring Wall Street-level strategy to Main Street businesses. I specialize in structuring SBA, bridge, CMBS, and private financing solutions ranging from $500K to $25M+, helping clients acquire, refinance, or expand commercial properties across the country.
But this isn't just business — it's personal.
I built this company with a clear mission:
